The assembly member for Torgodo electoral area in the Volta region, Dominic Senyo Yahesu has partnered with health workers to teach the electorates Battor Torgodo free hand sanitizer making so they can do it themselves to keep their hands sanitized regularly.
The assembly member admonished that the best way to ensure people with least resources do not succumb to the economic adversity brought by this disease is to share their safety and well-being.
“Today, fighting covid-19 has become about standing with those who are unable to fight for themselves. It is about standing with those who are unable to stand for themselves”, he explained.
Adding that, “our society demands us today to share in our own abundance. Our conscience demands us today, to be little more kind than ever”.
For this reason “it is our chance to overlook our differences and unite for humanity”, he proclaimed.
