Do what’s right – musician boldly tells rapper Sarkodie

Ghanaian popular rapper, Michael Owusu Addo aka Sarkodie has been told by a colleague musician to do what is right since he is the idol of people in the world.

An upcoming young rapper based in Kumasi, the Ashanti Regional capital, K SY made the statement in an interview.

The young rapper’s attack on Sarkodie is in relation to some comments he (Sarkodie) made about 6 years ago against former President Jonh Mahama’s NDC administration as a result of the hardship Ghanaians were going through.

According to K SY, rapper Sarkodie has failed woefully to criticize the current government like how he did during the Mahama administration since the hardship has immensely increased as compared to the previous administration he heavily criticised. For this reason, he expects Sarkodie to show maturity, thus bash the Akufo-Addo’s NPP administration he wants people to know he’s not wearing any political spectacle.

If Sarkodie really wants to show that he is impartial in his dealings then he has to use the same energy he used to criticize John Mahama to criticize Nana Addo Dankwah Akufo-Addo.
