Ejurahene Commends Moslems for their impact in National development

The Chief of Ejura Taditional Area Barima Osei Hwedie II has commended in the moslem communities in the country particularly those in Ejura for their massive impact in national development.

According to him Moslems in the country have contributed a lot in the country’s mission to bring development to all, an effort that cannot be underrated.

His praises follows the celebration of the Eid-Ul-Adha festival by Moslems across the globe.

“On behalf of the Ejura Traditional Area, I want to wish Muslims across the country particularly those within the Ejura traditional area a happy and blessed Eid.” He said.

Barima Osei Hwedie in a press release copied to Newstimesgh.com said the past few months haven’t been easy for anyone, but for Ghanaian Muslims especially those on Ejura Land, Allah has guided you in all your endeavours.

He noted that Allthough many wanting to perform Hajj have had their hopes dashed due to the restrictions relating to the Covid-19 pandemic Moslems remained firmly in the Islamic faith whiles observing the many protocols associated with the plague, “I say may Allah bless you all”.

He has expressed much appreciation to all Moslems in Ejuara for the sacrifices they have made by literally, helping to save lives through social distancing, giving generously to those in need and looking after the vulnerable as you have through food donations and other help.

He has urged all Ghananians to help the President in the quest to fight coronavirus in the country by strictly adhering to all measures rolled out by both health officials and the government.
