“Fake Christians stop the needless pressure on Nana Addo to lift ban on church activity- Hon SS

Former Assembly Member for Ejisu-Besease in the Ejisu Constituency of Ashanti Region has condemned churches who are fuelling needless pressure on government to lift ban on church activity amidst pandemic COVID-19.

Government has imposed restrictions on social gathering and religious gatherings (public gathering) since March, a decision to minimize the spread of pandemic coronavirus.

Although, the veto could be lifted in early June but some churches say limitations must be lifted now.

However, the former Besease Assembly man believes that the churches request is needless and should be treated as garbage.

“Fake Christians stop disturbing Nana Addo to lift ban on church service”.
“I don’t see why these one manned churches are pressing government. I believe they want President to lift the ban so that they can go back there and repossess their collections”, he stated.

The former assembly further expressed that their actions have clearly exposed them of fraudulence.

He said they are anti Christ hence Government should despise their claims and focus on the health of the Ghanaian citizenry.

Hon SS told Newstimesgh.com that the churches should “pray for Coronavirus to vanish and that is the best way you would be freed to meet and scam your church members again”,
He opined that government should shutdown most of the churches especially those one manned churches amidst Covid-19 since they do not contribute to the development of the nation.

He added the ban is imposed benefit of all Ghanains so President Nana Addo should not rescind his decision to favour some unscrupulous individuals.

It is about time we also added our quota in the fight against the spread of pandemic coronavirus so “we must all support government to fight against the plague.

President Nana Addo and his health experts know better than we do, let’s allow them to work”, he entreated
