The Ashanti Regional Director of Population, Madam Mercy Adomaa Besseah has said Ghanaians must limit the rate at which they produce children.
She said the country’s population has exceeded its little resources, as well as the wages of the citizenry.
This has erected economic hardship in the country since the government is unable to provide adequate resources to the vast population.
She said very nation’s fast growth largely depends on the resources available to the people.
However, if the county’s population exceeds the resources, development is completely retarded.
Therefore, Ghanaians must access their financial status before any childbirth.
“To be able to take proper care of our children we must we must limit childbearing to at most 3”. The statement of Ashanti Regional Director of Population.
