Ghanaian dancehall musician, Charles Nii Armah Mensah Jnr., well known as Shatta Wale has lambasted his critics on social media, saying they wouldn’t have gotten the right to talk to him anyhow if not for the internet.
This comes shortly after he engaged in a social media banter with Burna Boy over the lack of support Ghanaian musicians have received from the Nigerian music industry over the years.
Shatta Wale lamented that the Nigerian music industry has gained so much from the Ghanaian music industry since the latter has supported Nigerian music and culture over the years but the former has refused to reciprocate the same thing.
Well, Burna Boy who is one of the most prolific stars in Nigeria seems not to agree with Shatta Wale as he took to social media to defend his country and also preach peace. Along the line, Burna Boy accused Shatta Wale of raping a lady he came to Ghana with and also dropped other bombshells against Shatta Wale.
The two have set social media buzzing for the past few days now and as usual, Shatta Wale was tagged as the bad guy trying to engage in controversies with Nigerians even though they never poked his nest.
Shatta Wale while clapping back as his critics on social media stated that they wouldn’t have gotten the chance to speak to him if not for the fact that they use social media as means of communication to him.
He wrote; If enobe internet you go fi talk to shatta wale like Ibe u born am .. Talk to your mada so …ny3 ny3 aye soooorrr!!!!
