Former President, John Dramani Mahama’s running mate professor Jane Naana Opoku Agyemang has dropped another message for Ghana as Africa mark day of the African child today, 16th June, 2021.
Jane Naana Opoku Agyemang has stated that she hopes that the decision Africans are taking towards their childrens future today will have a better impact on them tomorrow, and encouraged the entire population on how important it is to build a better future for children.
The known running mate for former President, John Dramani Mahama in the last election has been known for taking good care of children due to her educational background, and since she has been fully introduced into the Political space, she has inspired many with her message across the country.
According to her, creating an Africa fit for children will not happen in one day but it will take time and it is not enough to dream of it but to make it happened.
“Creating an Africa fit for children will not happen in a vacuum. It is not enough to dream of it, It is not enough to ratify charters and wish them into being.
We must take concrete actions that will define and shape our aspirations for our children. As we mark the Day of the African Child, it is my hope that the quality of the the decisions we make today will reflect our desire to create an Africa that is indeed fit for all the children of this great continent” she said to informed Ghanaians as they celebrate the day together on her social media wall.
