We will blame you if Covid-19 Ccases Rise again- UPP Chairman tells NPP

NPP delegates

The Ashanti Regional Chairman for opposition United Progressive Party (UPP), Mr. Charles Armah-Crosby has expressed that delegates of the New Patriotic Party should be held responsible if Covid-19 cases continue to go up in Ghana speedily.
The Chairman said the NPP delegates defied Covid-19 protocols in the recent NPP parliamentary primaries.

They kicked against their own President, Nana Addo’s directives of wearing of nose masks, social distancing, and application of hand sanitizers during the voting and celebration process.

He told Agyenkwa FM in Kumasi that,  the disobedience of the protocol could result in the spread of coronavirus and that the NPP government should be ready to accept any blame if the plague cases shoot up at top speed.

He said the NPP should come out immediately to apologize to all Ghanaians on the reasons why its delegates flouted the protocols of Pandemic Covid 19.
Ghana’s Covid-19 positive cases as of today stand at 14,568, recoveries 10,907 and 95 deaths.
