We will vote against Aduomi in general elections even if he wins primaries”- furious Ejisu Jamasi electorates laments

Some irate residents of Ejisu Jamasi have descended heavily on the Member Of Parliament for Ejisu constituency, Mr Kwabena Owusu Aduomi for failing to assist in the provision of basic social amenities.

The Ejisu Jamasi locals claim they will vote against the Mr. Aduomi, the deputy roads minister in 2020 should he win the upcoming NPP parliamentary primaries.

However, they have pledged to vote for Lawyer John Kuma if he wins the upcoming NPP primaries as he and two others, namely Mr Kwabena Owusu Aduomi and Ejisu Bronii battle for the Ejisu Mp Seat on June 20, 2020.

Do the Jamasi residents have a point?
The Ejisu Jamasi community has a population of not less than five thousand.

The community lack basic social infrastructure like a proper a road.
They be deficient in a school so their children invariably cross the dangerous Ejisu – Accra the Highway to a nearby community (Besease ) to pursue education. They lack a police post therefore crime is gradually increasing. Access to potable water is also a major problem since most people resort to well or stream water.

They claim their call to the MP to constructs gutters in the community has fallen on deaf ears.The MP rarely visits them to know their challenges.

“We do not know Owusu Aduomi, we will vote against him in 2020 even if he wins primaries because we lack basic social amenities of which he should have provided by now. We have called on him on many occasions but he has forsaken us”.

“We pray that John Kuma wins the impending primaries in order for us to vote for him in 2020 general elections because we believe he can bring proper development to this community”, the people told newtimegh.com reporter, Joe Mrafo on Saturday, 13 june, 2020 at the official opening of a 20 seat ultramodern toilet facility built by mr Samuel danquah, former assembly member for Besease-Jamasi electoral area.
