The member of parliament (MP) for Manhyia North Constituency in the Ashanti Region, Mr Akwasi Konadu has said, the New Patriotic Party government under the leadership of President Akufo-Addo will extend development to all remote areas in his jurisdiction.
The lawmaker says the swift growth of his constituency remains key on his table therefore will continue to push hard for developmental projects for the people.
The MP made the declaration at the ‘Manhyia North Constituency Annual Delegates Conference’ held at Moshie Zongo yesterday, Sunday August 22, 2021.
According to him, there are so many roads infrastructures that are ongoing in the Manhyia North constituency.
Roads in communities such as, Moshie Zongo, Asore Nkwanta, South Africa, Buokrom Estate (A, B and D lines) almost have been done. “Latest by next month all these roads would be completed.”
Mr Akwasi Konadu admitted that the government is facing numerous challenges, however “we will continue to identify areas we need to bring developmental projects such as good roads, bridges, schools, health centers, street lights, water sanitation among others.”
He assured that, “we’re going to offer great infrastructures to all Manhyia North constituents despite we having a large nation and numerous task to accomplish. I believe our government (NPP) can do it. My people should be calm because more developmental works are pending.”
