The Electorates say, Mr. Owusu Amankwa does not deserve to go for another term of office in parliament in 2020.
Why are the Electorates Dissatisfied?
The Manhyia North MP on Sunday October 14, 2019 called for a program at Duase.
The event dubbed, “DIALOGUE WITH PARLIAMENT” was meant to sensitize people of Duase on the responsibilities of parliamentarians, thus; their pros and cons.
Although a section of the constituents attended the gathering but the attendance was unsatisfactory.
Newstimesgh.com spoke to some constituents in the proceedings of the program.
“The event is needless, it is a waste of time and money”, they declared.
The communes highlighted that, Duase community and Manhyia North constituency is faced with countless challenges of poor sanitation, deplorable roads and bridge, inefficient streets lights among others.
They said the youths are jobless so they expected Mr Owusu Amankwa to have met the indigenes with prudent measures on how Duase and Manhyia North could be developed.
Consequently, they have vowed not entertain any other unnecessary gathering or event by any politician within the community if their repercussions are not resolved.
“We don’t need any education about how you parliamentarians do your things… don’t approach us with any program of this sort;(Dialogue With Parliament). It is a garbage and a complete waste of time and energy. Mr MP, come out with better issues next time,” they cautioned.
